TinyMew Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how WarzInk LLC (“WarzInk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TinyMew mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By using TinyMew, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Account information

You may use certain TinyMew features without creating an account. If you choose to create or connect an account, we may receive information such as:

• Your email address.
• A unique account identifier.
• Limited profile information provided through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

Apple may provide a private relay email address when you choose to hide your email.

Photos and generated content

TinyMew allows you to select cat photos from your device’s photo library. The App only accesses photos that you choose to provide.

Selected photos may be transmitted to our service providers for image analysis, processing, and the creation of results such as cat insights, artwork, and avatars.

Depending on the feature you use, we may store selected photos, generated images, scan results, cat names, avatar records, and related content so that you can view your gallery, restore your creations, or use cloud backup features.

Virtual companion and app activity

We may store information needed to operate TinyMew’s virtual cat features, including:

• Virtual cat progress and status.
• Daily tasks and completed activities.
• Unlocked rooms and avatars.
• Scan and avatar usage limits.
• Cloud backup and restoration records.

Purchase and subscription information

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase entitlements, trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, and access to paid features. RevenueCat may receive information such as an app user identifier, product purchased, purchase date, subscription status, and transaction information.

Device, usage, and diagnostic information

We and our service providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the App, including:

• Device type and operating-system version.
• App version and language settings.
• IP address and general network information.
• Feature interactions and usage events.
• Crash logs, errors, and diagnostic information.
• Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers.

Advertising information

TinyMew may display advertising through third-party advertising providers. These providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and other information needed to deliver, measure, prevent fraud involving, and limit the frequency of ads.

Where required, TinyMew will request permission before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can manage tracking permissions in your device settings.

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain TinyMew.
• Process cat photos and generate requested results.
• Create and restore avatars and other saved content.
• Manage user accounts and sign-in.
• Maintain virtual companion progress and daily activities.
• Validate purchases and provide subscription benefits.
• Display and measure advertisements.
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Troubleshoot errors and improve performance.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers that help us operate TinyMew, including providers for:

• Cloud hosting and database storage.
• Account authentication.
• Photo processing and content generation.
• Subscription and entitlement management.
• Advertising and advertising measurement.
• App diagnostics, security, and fraud prevention.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us and according to their own privacy terms and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, government request, or when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Enforce our agreements and policies.
• Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of company assets.

Photo Access

TinyMew does not automatically browse your entire photo library. You choose which photos to provide through your device’s photo picker or permission controls.

You can change or remove photo-library permission at any time in your device settings. Removing permission may prevent photo-based features from working.

Data Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain user accounts and purchases, satisfy legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Content associated with an account may be retained until you delete it, delete your account, or request deletion. Certain transaction, security, or legal records may be retained for a longer period where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention.

Account and Data Deletion

TinyMew provides an in-app account-deletion option where available. You may also request deletion by emailing support@warzink.com.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting your TinyMew account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account subscription settings.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

Where legally required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request:

• Access to personal information we maintain about you.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of personal information.
• Restriction of certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Objection to certain processing.
• Information about the categories of information collected and disclosed.
• An opt-out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sale as defined by applicable law.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information and to opt out of certain forms of sale or sharing.

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Some advertising activities may be considered “sharing” under California law. You may limit tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency controls and your device privacy settings.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Where applicable, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the App and purchased services.
• Consent: when you provide a photo or grant an optional permission.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the App.
• Legal obligations: to comply with applicable law.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children’s Privacy

TinyMew is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-Party Links and Services

TinyMew may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice within the App.
